That1Guy (Mike Silverman) uses a unique instrument known as the Magic Pipe to create a maelstrom of jam-funk sounds. If that wasn’t enough, he’s also a magician and seamlessly works tricks into his shows.

A Good Cause
Local psychedelic doom rockers Water Bears will host a benefit for the Ithaca chapter of Food Not Bombs; they’ll be joined Spazzare, Beau Mahadev and Lady D (of Lady D and the Shadow Spirits) playing a solo set.

Straight Outta Buffalo
Ithaca Underground presents a triple bill with Buffalo’s Lemuria marking the 10th anniversary of its classic punk-emo album, “Get Better,” which they’ll be playing in full at the show; Mikey Erg, who is touting his latest solo album, ‘Tentative Decisions”; and Cayetana.
